Thanksgiving~~

How is everyone on this bee-u-tiful Toooos-day?????? Well, guess what?? I lost 2 pounds this week, FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!  I am @ the gym everyday, and sometimes it gets discouraging I must admit, but I am committed to this~~I need to lose 15 pounds, so now it's only 13! Anyway, my card today is not a fancy fold, I had waaaaay too much on my plate this afternoon, but hopefully within the next two days, I will have another one for you. The image is from Sassy Cheryl (O M G! Is this adorable!) I CASED a sentiment from one of the blogs, the inside reads "I'm bringing a guest for dinner." BWAAAAAAAH! Beautiful Fall~`

Oh, it is such a gorgeous day here!!!!! No humidity, no heat, and all is right with the world (sort of) Anyway, hope you enjoyed your week, and have some great plans for the weekend! I do a Zumba class on Saturdays, it is soooooo fun! Also have dinner plans for Sunday, so thought I would post today! Well, I made up my mind to do some fun folds for Thanksgiving, and here is the first one! It's called "Tunnel Card" and the directions are on SCS under resources. Christmas???????????

Just popping in today w/a Christmas card..........I know, I know, sorry! If you're anything like me, you have a loooong list and short wallet! Every year I tell myself I'm going to save for the NEXT year, but here I am again, still short on cash, still trying to lose weight, still single (OK, I digressed!) So anyway, this is a LOTV stamp, one of my fave, fave companies. I try to enter their challenges when I can (OK, add loser to the above list!) It's done w/copics & Prisma pencils, and I added some MS glitter & clear glaze. I am going to try and do my Christmas cards this year in different folds (this one not included) I have a folder really unique folds, and think I'm going to attempt them!

Anyway, have a nice Wednesday~~It's still beautiful here in FL, I can actually open all the windows and doors now and there is no humidity! (except the condo maintenance just put down lawn fertilizer ewwwwwww!) I am entering this into the following:

Beautiful Fall Day!

Well...........not really! It's still hot here, but not as bad as last week! It's "use it or lose it" time at my house, which means I need to utilize these scraps of paper I've been collecting forever! There are a lot of neutrals, which is good because I will be starting on Thanksgiving cards shortly. I'm such a hoarder with paper! So my little kitty is an image by Penny Black, colored in copics. Pretend the flowers are mums, OK? I used flowersoft for the centers, and clear glaze for the pot (complete w/my thumbprint!) Ribbon, charm, copper butterfly and we are set to go! Fraidy Cat!

I really, really mean to post at least once a week, and then the time just flies by! I'm in the Halloween mode and this is my eighth card, so there's no excuses why they are not on here! I just got back from Atlanta GA, visiting the grandchildren (17, 16, 9 & 3) We spent the day @ the pumpkin patch Saturday, riding ponies, getting lost in the maize (a-maizing), and finishing up with a hayride. The weather there is phenomenal, no humidity. Fall is my favorite season, so I don't know how the heck I landed here in Fl near the equator! UGH, it is still in the 80's and 90's here~~stick a fork in me, I am DONE! Anyway, this image (such a cutie!) is from Serendipity Stamps. I won the challenge last month, and it was their entire line of Halloween stamps! I was definitely doing the happy dance! Party Time!!!!!!!!!!

It is a glorious Monday here in FL! Windows are open, no humidity and all is right with the world (for the moment!) I am backk from a wonderful visit with my sister in MA~~not much foliage I'm afraid, so will have to plan a trip later in the fall next year. We had a good time though, and she is coming down for three months in January~~the perfect situation, winters in FL, spring,summer and fall in NE. Gosh, the luck of some people, LOL! Anyway, I am posting this fall card, because the colors are my favorite! The image is by Serendipity Stamps, one of my faves.
